Whole & Half Beef Pre-Orders

Thank you for your interest in reserving a whole or half beef! We process our animals on the first Monday of every month at Seven Hills Food Co. in Lynchburg, Virginia. From drop-off to pick-up, your animal will be cut, packaged, and boxed to your specifications by Seven Hills’ expert butchers. Here, you may select your desired fulfillment date and choose between our two options: standard whole beef or custom whole beef.

For both our whole and half beef options, we offer a fixed price. Payment may be made in full online at the time of reservation. If you prefer to be invoiced, with final payment due at pickup, please contact us by email or phone at 540-253-5266 to reserve.
