2. Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@kinlochfarm.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
4. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refund Process
If it is determined that a refund needs to be issued, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Upon issuing a refund via our system, we will notify you of the status of your refund. (Please note, it may take 5 - 7 days to receive a credit back, depending on your bank).
