With our quarter beef bundle, you buy a pre-selected whole animal assortment. Quarters are available for online pre-order sold by the processing date, and at our farm store when inventory allows. Each Quarter Beef Bundle averages 75 lbs. of packaged beef from a split half. Below is a sampling of what a quarter includes:
