Shipping Orders

We ship all non-perishable orders via UPS from our Farm Store located in The Plains, Virginia. Non-perishable orders can be delivered to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Our current shipping days for non-perishable orders are weekly on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Perishable orders are shipped on Wednesdays & Thursdays via UPS Ground and must arrive within 1 to 2 business days to ensure quality. Orders with estimated transit times exceeding two business days will not be fulfilled. Our beef is shipped frozen in insulated boxes. Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 business days, depending on location and weather. Once your order is shipped, we recommend checking your tracking information so you can plan to bring your order inside as soon as possible.

We currently ship all of our beef frozen without dry ice, and we recommend that it be opened immediately and transferred to your freezer or refrigerator. If your order arrives damaged, or you have concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Farm Store Pickup

Pick up your order at our Farm Store in The Plains, Virginia. Our farm store is open Thursday through Sunday, from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Beef Shares

Reserve your whole or half beef share in advance. We drop off our animals on the first Monday of each month, and your animal will be ready for pickup about one month after drop off. Quarter Beef Shares and specialty bundles are generally available year-round as inventory allows
