Whole, Half, & Quarter Beef Pre-Orders

Thank you for your interest in reserving a whole, half, or quarter beef! We drop off our animals for slaughter on the first Monday of every month at Seven Hills Food Co. in Lynchburg, Virginia. From drop-off to pick-up, your animal will be cut, packaged, and boxed by Seven Hills’ expert butchers. Here, you may select your desired processing date and choose between our two options for a whole and half beef: standard whole beef or custom whole beef. Our Quarter Beef is sold as a standard selection only and may not be customized.

For our whole, half beef, and quarter options we offer a fixed price. Payment may be made in full online at the time of reservation. If you prefer to be invoiced, with final payment due at time of slaughter, please contact us by email or phone at 540-253-5266 to reserve.
