Reserve Your Whole & Half Beef Share for 2024!
Pricing When purchasing a whole beef, you pay $4.50/lb off the hang weight, plus processing. Our average hang weight for a whole animal ranges between 525 and 600 lbs. Processing fees are a direct pass-through from our abattoir partner, Finest Butcher, a USDA-inspected facility, and average between $600 and $700 per whole animal.
Deposit A deposit of $100 will hold your reservation for your whole beef. You can reserve here or in person at our farm store. When you place your deposit, we will reach out to you with instructions to fill out your custom cut sheet.
Pickup/Delivery Your beef can be picked up directly from the farm store, or home delivery is available for $100 within a 100-mile radius of the farm.
Reservation Dates Our abattoir allotments are booked a year in advance. We list available allotment dates here for you to choose from and will open additional reservation dates as the season progresses.
