Half Beef Reservation

Placing Your Order: No deposit required! You may reserve here. This page lists available pickup months for your to choose from. Fulfillment is estimated on the fourth week of your reservation month. 

When your reservation is confirmed, we will email you instructions to fill out your custom cut sheet, due prior to your animals drop off date.

Please note, all whole and half beef sales are final. We kindly request when picking up your beef that you check to ensure that all items listed on your yield sheet have been received.

Pricing: We sell all our half animals based on the hang weight. Below is a breakdown of our cost structure. (Hang weight price+Processing Cost+Tax=Total Price)

Our half animal hang weight averages 262 - 300 pounds.

Our Half Beef Price on hang weight is $4.85 lb.

Our Half Beef Processing Averages $425 - $475 per half head.

Processing fees are a direct pass-through from our abattoir partner, Seven Hills, a USDA-inspected facility, and average between $400 and $450 per half animal. 

Picking Up Your Beef: Your beef will be delivered to our farm store by our processor and may be picked up directly at our Farm Store. Coolers are only recommended if you travel a long distance.

We kindly request all pickups take place within seven days of notification. Failure to pick up within the timeframe may result in forefiture of your reservation.

At pickup, you'll reveive a gift from our team to you that showcases our commitment to utilizing the whole animal!
