Half Beef Reservation

We've taken the guess work out of navigating the price, by offering our butcher's standard half beef for a flat price of $2,200* + tax.

This price is based off total average beef carcass hanging weight, plus included processing fees.

Customization is available for a small processing fee of $50, on your final invoice. 

Placing Your Order:

No deposit required! To make a reservation, please select your desired fulfillment date from the drop-down menu. From there, we will contact you with the option to elect to have your animal cut to our butcher's standard, or customize your half by completing our digital cut sheet form. Cut sheets are turned in when the animal is dropped off at the abbatoir. 

Picking Up Your Beef: 

Your beef will be delivered to our farm store by our processor and may be picked up directly at our Farm Store. Coolers are only recomended if you travel a long distance.  

We kindly request all pickups take place within seven days of notification. Failure to pick up within the timeframe may result in forefeiture of your reservation.

At pickup, you'll receive a gift from our team to you that showcases our commitment to utilizing the whole animal! 

Please note, all half beef sales are final. We kindly request when picking up your beef that you check to ensure that all items have been received.

• Certified Animal Welfare Approved, Certified Grassfed, and Certified Regenerative by AGW (A Greener World). A Greener World promotes verified farming practices and encourages food choices that deliver positive impacts for the environment, society, and animals.

Our Processor: 

We currently utilize Seven Hills Food Co., a USDA-inspected facility in Lynchburg, VA. The final product you receive is prepared by Seven Hills.
