Whole Beef Reservation

Placing Your Order: No deposit required! You may reserve here. If you require assistance placing an online order, we can assist you in person at our Farm Store, Thursday to Sunday, from 10 am to 6 pm. 

When your reservation is confirmed, we will email you instructions to fill out your custom cut sheet, due prior to your animals drop off date.

Pricing: We sell all our whole animals based on the hang weight. Below is a breakdown of our cost structure. (Hang Weight Price + Processing Cost + Tax = Total Price

Our whole animal hang weight averages 525 - 600 pounds.

Our Whole Beef Price on hang weight is $4.60/lb.

Our Whole Beef Processing Averages $825-$925 per whole head.

Availability: During peak season we process once a month, so you will have your choice of pickup date. We currently utilize Seven Hills Food Co., a USDA-inspected facility in Lynchburg, VA. 

Picking Up Your Beef: Your beef will be delivered to our farm store by our processor and may be picked up directly at our Farm Store. Coolers are only recomended if you travel a long distance.  

We kindly request all pickups take place within seven days of notification. Failure to pick up within the timeframe may result in forefeiture of your reservation.

At pickup, you'll reveive a gift from our team to you that showcases our commitment to utilizing the whole animal!
