Farm Store Favorites

Our selection of individually pre-portioned cuts is available for in-store pickup at our Farm Store in The Plains. Our current inventory of retail steaks, roasts, and quick-cooking cuts can be found below. We also offer rendered beef fat, ready to eat meals, and bone broth!

Please note that the prices for our individual cuts are listed per pound. We will do our best to match these prices as closely as possible without going below them. Cut sizes are indicated next to each product. Simply select your desired weight to see the corresponding price.
