With our quarter beef bundle, you buy a pre-selected whole animal assortment, split evenly four ways and packed by our abbatoir partner Seven Hills Food. Quarters are available for online pre-order here and first-come, first-served at our farm store when inventory allows. Each Quarter Beef Bundle averagez 75 lbs. of packaged beef.
